01

Our commitment

WizeBA is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to information and the ability to engage with our services, regardless of the technology they use or the way they interact with digital content.

We continually improve the user experience for all visitors, applying relevant accessibility standards and working to remove barriers where they exist.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA conformance, as referenced by the W3C and recognized by accessibility frameworks globally.

02

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

wizeba.com conformance status
Target standard WCAG 2.1 Level AA
Current status Partially conformant
Last evaluated March 2026
Evaluation method Self-assessment + automated tooling

“Partially conformant” means that some content does not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We are actively working to resolve known issues and improve our conformance rating.

03

Measures to support accessibility

WizeBA takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

Design and development practices

  • Use of semantic HTML elements to structure content meaningfully
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA minimums (4.5:1 for normal text)
  • All interactive elements are keyboard-focusable and have visible focus indicators
  • Images include descriptive alt text; decorative images are marked appropriately
  • ARIA roles and attributes used for dynamic components where HTML semantics are insufficient
  • Page language declared in the HTML lang attribute
  • Forms include associated labels and descriptive error messages

Content practices

  • Clear, plain-language writing at an accessible reading level
  • Logical heading hierarchy (H1 → H2 → H3) on all pages
  • Links have descriptive text (not “click here”)
  • No content that flashes more than 3 times per second

Organizational commitment

  • Accessibility is considered a requirement in our design and development process, not an afterthought
  • We include accessibility in our annual website review
  • Accessibility feedback is reviewed and responded to within 10 business days

06

Updates to this statement

This Accessibility Statement is reviewed annually and updated whenever we make significant changes to our website or accessibility practices. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

We view accessibility as an ongoing commitment rather than a one-time checkbox. As web standards evolve and new assistive technologies emerge, we will adapt our practices accordingly.
